All EAGLE EYE/DETEXI software products come standard with maintenance coverage for 30 days only. After 30 days, the Annual Maintenance plan should be purchased which includes technical telephone support (8:00 am - 5:00 pm EST) and software upgrades as needed for a period of one year, as well as access to areas of this site requiring a login.
